|Recommended: YesClean, Comfortable, Quite, Secure, Safe, And Pleasant — Excellent first impression of the overall complex and area, but most importantly, the leasing and building management staff were exceptional during the initial process - Nadine, Andrew, and Sharonda .
I'm hopeful all of these areas of interest will continue throughout my stay and for all the current and future Meridian Residents.

|Recommended: YesAgreeable On Many Fronts. — Great location with easy access to major roads if driving or metro access, all major outlets stores within close distance.
The building is clean and maintained well, any request limited experience as things haven't failed have been handled effectively and timely.
Front desk concierge staff Keasha Travis are amazing, friendly, professional and allows helpful, parking is great and secure.
Community is hit and miss, some neighbors' are polite and friendly and others aren't people being people , some like in all areas of life are inconsiderate and concerned only with themselves noise for example .

|Recommended: YesA Apartment — I moved into a Fitzgerald unit four months ago and love living here I would highly recommend the Meridian to anyone looking for a quiet apartment that's accessible to trails, downtown Bethesda, Pike Rose, and the greater Washington, D.C. area. The units are spacious, quiet, and come with plenty of closet space, the staff are accommodating and friendly, the people who live here are nice, and the building is surrounded by greenery. Plus, you can walk to the Rock Creek Trail and are close to two National Parks.

|Recommended: YesProfessional Onsite Management, Very Attentive To Tenants Needs — Well maintained, clean, quiet and safe building. Located within walking distance to Metro and bus lines. Plenty of parking, both in building for a fee and on street meters . Building is pet friendly and the tenants are quiet and respectful. We are so happy we just renewed our lease.

|Recommended: YesNice Apartment Next To The Metro — It is a nice apartment near metro station. Staffs are nice and helpful. However, the wall between different units seem not thick enough to filter out all the noises.

|Recommended: YesA Gem In North Bethesda — A great location off the rockville pike, close to the train station, just a few minutes from Bethesda just down the pike , the friendly staff members, and overall luxury quality of the apartments, it's honestly really amazing for the price of the apartments

|Recommended: YesHighly Recommended — I have lived in this apartment complex for a few weeks, so my experience might be limited. However, I am very satisfied with this community in terms of kindness and professionalism of the staffs, cleanliness of the building, the location, etc. Especially, they allowed us to use one of the elevators exclusively. It was very helpful and made the moving finished quickly and smoothly. And I haven't heard the noise from neighbors, which makes me really happy. I would highly recommend this apartment to a friend.
