|Recommended: YesNice High Rise Near Metro Station — The apartment is close to the metro station, but no restaurants or markets are within walking distance. Building was in OK condition, and the staffs are very helpful. You may hear your neighbors from time to time but normally not too bad unless the noises are really loud. Overall, it is a nice high rise apartment and I do recommend to anyone wants to live near metro and close to Rockville Bethesda area.

|Recommended: YesQuiet And Private — If you're looking to relocate away from DC and still have a sense of convenience, this place is it. The building is right behind the metro stop 1-2 minute walk from the Grosvenor metro stop . Hardly feels like this building is located so far up the red line. You can reach the city in about 20 minutes. Accessibility around the area in general is nice too. Lots of trails and stores right around the corner on Rockville Pike. You will need a car to do most of your errands, though the convenience store dry cleaner's attached to the building is great for those last minute purchases. I have never heard my neighbors but even if I do, it's because they're in the hallways for all of 5 seconds. Super pet friendly. Maintenance staff is quick to handle any requests. Front desk is nice and has never lost a package of ours. If I had to nitpick the one bad thing about this place is that the parking spots in the building are spaced out strangely. Some spots are tight, and others are not. The convex safety mirrors in the garage are inconsistent in size and could be placed in more optimal position.
