|Recommended: YesExcellent Choice...long Or Short Term — Esteffani, our leasing agent was exceptional during our process. We were on a tight timeframe and from our tour until we signed the lease and got keys it was less than a week. She was accommodating, answered all of our questions and really helped make this a smooth transition. The assistant property manager Olga was also helpful as well. I've lived in another sister property years ago, so to return for a short-term rental was a no brainer. Convenient location with great amenities with great shopping and eateries nearby was just icing on the cake.

|Recommended: YesFirst Time Apartment Living — I highly recommend the Meridian at Grosvenor Station. The grounds and main areas are very clean and tidy. Staff is courteous and professional. The overall layout of the units are well designed and quality-made. I love the recessed lighting and high ceilings, and most of all the large windows. My bf and I are currently in living in The Bach and the space is big enough for the two of us. We love it so far.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live But Horrible Management. — The apartment building is clean and well built. I never hear my neighbors. It’s a quiet building great for families and young professionals.
The ceiling to door windows provides a lot of natural light.
The maintenance staff is quick and friendly. I’ve only had positive experiences with them.
The area was very quiet. But
there is a currently residential and commercial construction adjacent to the building. When I moved in, the neighborhood wasn’t congested. If yo don’t mind a busy neighborhood, this is great place to live.
The front office has a new management. With the new management, I signed my lease renewal and that was lost in the system. The manager and staff are not friendly. They have attitudes and are defensive rather than helpful.

|Recommended: NoRecent Decline — Upon arrival to this particular apartment building it was a great experience. It previously had outstanding customer service, no signs of infestations of insects or rodents, timely maintenance actions and overall it was a comfortable place to live. Within the last few months things have gone completely downhill. For the first time ever, I saw roaches in common areas, there are flower pots blocking driveway that leasing office refuses to move, maintenance is now do-it-yourself, packages disappear. Changes keep happening that are to the detriment of a positive renters experience. I have previously recommended this place to potential renters but will not continue to do so.

Please know, that we are always looking for ways to improve the experience of our residents. While there have not been reports of pest control services needed in the common areas, please know that pest control services are done on a routine basis for preventative measures. The flowerpots have been placed where they are to discourage parking/waiting in vehicles in that area to ensure that in the event of an emergency, first responders can access the entryway; the fire marshal recently provided us with positive feedback on this change. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’ve experienced. A team member will reach out to gather more information regarding your maintenance requests and packages. |Recommended: YesClean And Efficient — I wish to thank Ms. Nadine who has been a constant help, even though she is very busy, and lends that friendly ear to ease any concerns the tennants may have.
I thank Mr. Nahiyan, also, for his amiable readiness to be of assistance.
All employees have been personable, and I thank them all, from the competent maintenance gentlemen, to the hardworking house and ground keepers, to the consignor each of them, with all the tasks they must perform for tennants and management , to the very diligent Management of Meridian at Grovsvenor Station.

|Recommended: YesNadine — Nadine was incredible during our application process and tour. From the moment we met her she was warm and patiently answered all of our questions and my countless emails with no hesitation or pressure. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here and couldn't be happier. The two bedroom layout is perfect and so spacious for us and we aren't easy to please type of people.

|Recommended: YesNew To Maryland — We have had a positive experience in our move to the Meridian. The concierge service has been especially helpful and friendly. The property is very quiet, but very close to the metro. The only drawback is a lack of stores or restaurants within walking distance.

|Recommended: YesNadine was such a tremendous help with me moving from Texas to Maryland. With only being here for a limited time she answered all my questions from the tour date to me signing my lease. Even after I moved in there were a few issues but Nadine made sure they were all resolved quickly. The apartment complex is nice as well. I love that it’s within walking distance of the metro and takes about 20 min to get to DC. The neighborhood is quite and great amenities both at the complex and surrounding area.

She communicates the requirements and documentation in a clear way. She is also a super efficient, organized and attentive person. My son loves her very much because she is kind and kids friendly. Also, quality is good.
Parking spots are kind of limited and spaces are very small compared to other parking space.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live At — I've been here for a little more than a year and I would say that this place has been pretty good to me. Whenever I have an issue or a question it's resolved pretty quickly within a day in my experience. The staff is very friendly and respectable by giving you a heads up when someone needs to access your apartment to replace hvac filters or fix anything that needs maintenance. The apartments are also pretty quiet. Sometimes it might feel like I'm the only one living on my floor but for someone like me, I enjoy the peace and quiet. It's also really nice to be right behind the redline to get to DC.
