Almost been a year and we still really like itsubmitted by Robin F. - |Recommended: YesThe staff is great here and the location is wonderful.
A fantastic place to live.submitted by Dustin G. - |Recommended: YesIt's a beautiful apartment complex with great units. The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming. Maintenance staff respond quickly and completely. Other residents are nice, and I've never had a problem with them. Having the market downstairs is an incredible convenience, and the proximity to the metro makes access to the DC Metro Area so simple.

Overall pretty good, I would recommend Meridian at Grosvenor Station to friends and relatives.submitted by Melvin T. - |Recommended: Yes1. Overall, a pretty good place to live. I would recommend Meridian at Grosvenor Station to friends and relatives. 2. The parking garage availability of spaces is getting tight. I have seen no spaces available to less than a handful on a couple of occasions. A couple of more mirrors are needed in the garage. One of the newer ones need to be placed higher up (G2 level). It is blocked when an SUV parks next to it. 3. The windows are extremely poor quality such that the blinds actually move when the wind blows. On a very cold and windy day, the furnace will operate almost all night because the temperature in the apartment is several degrees cooler than usual. 4. The guy who handles the trash in the trash room should receive a bonus for the frequent mess he has to deal with. I think some signs in the trash room might help "clueless" residents who can't decide what goes in the recycling containers. The signs should say something like "clean paper products only" or "clean recycleable containers", and another one over the trash chute that says "please deposit your trash here." Seriously, the trash room is often left in a mess on weekends with residents throwing trash in recycleable bins (with food products in the trash). Again, the housekeeping staff does an excellant job keeping the trash room clean.

Nice place with mostly good service and upkeepsubmitted by Mitchell H. - |Recommended: YesI would say that it was great living here but that lately I have noticed that upkeep of the gym and the front desk service have been lacking. It seems like the treadmills are always broken and I don't receive my package slips until 3+ days after my package has arrived. It seems like something is going on with the management and it is trickling down to the employees.
Proud to live theresubmitted by Charles F. - |Recommended: YesLike living at a hotel, a bit too expensive, thinking of moving if rent raises. Affordable parking and great access to Metro.
A beautiful place to livesubmitted by Robin F. - |Recommended: YesFriendly people and staff, great location next to the metro and Strathmore. Appreciate that it is very pet friendly.
Very good!submitted by Eiichiro F. - |Recommended: YesNice life to live.
The apartment and location are awesome.submitted by Keith C. - |Recommended: YesRelatively quiet location, but access to the Metro, to running trails and to downtown Bethesda make it all worthwhile.
