Fantastic and gorgeous apartment comples|Recommended: YesIt's a great apartment building to live in. The staff is incredible and the facilities are great
Great finishing in apt, great views, great value Not to mention convenience |Recommended: YesBest overall value around
We need to clean our building |Recommended: NoSometimes the floor in the elevator has coffee stains which is not good at all. The floors need to be vacuumed some people leave trash on the floors which make the building look unkept and dirty. When I first moved here it was very clean, now I saw a roach on the floor in the building and that is totally unexceptable. We have to keep our building clean The way we keep our building is a reflection on management and I know we can do better. I love living here, but to see a roach mean its a problem

Classy, neat, excellent-quality, close to metro station, great |Recommended: YesIt's quiet, safe, nice restaurants and shops nearby, superior upkeep and landscape. Everything positive one can think of, this place area neighborhood has it
Wonderful place to live.|Recommended: YesI love Meridian apartments. The building and apartments are really nice. It is very safe in the building and the neighborhood is very quiet, beautiful, and safe as well. I love the fact we have a pool, clubroom, fitness center, as well as a market on the 1st floor. It is conveniently located next to a metro station and only 2.2 miles from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center where I work. I highly recommend Meridian apartments.
Review|Recommended: YesNice building, however, we've visited friends at other apt buildings in the area and they do NOT lock the rooftop terrace at 8pm. Considering we are adults that pay A LOT of money at this residence, you'd think we could modify the policy on rooftop entry, to include, children MUST have adult supervision at ALL times. I would also note that they should get grills on the ROOFTOP also and ppl must reserve them to use them.
Thank you for your review and for allowing us the opportunity to respond. We understand your frustration with our pool deck hours and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Our rooftop deck policy requires that a lifeguard is on site during pool hours to ensure resident safety. Our property manager would like the opportunity to speak with you further regarding your concern. Please contact him at 301-581-0015 at your earliest opportunity.
Great Apt|Recommended: YesI have been here for tree years and have no intention of leaving any time soon. This is the ideal apartment for anyone interested in having modern amenities, spacious well appointed living accommodations and convenient location. The staff is attentive and always professional in servicing the apartments. The common areas, pool and lounges are impeccably maintained and cleaned. All in all a great value for the money. It is also great to have a grocery store, cleaners and wine store on the premises,
Dream Apartment|Recommended: YesThe Meridian at Grosvenor Station was my dream apartment, and still is now after eight months of living here. After getting settled in, the style of my Ellington apartment surpasses my expectations. The materials that they used in the kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. The convenience of the Meridian cannot be beat. It is connected to a wine beer store that is so well-stocked it could be a grocery store. The metro and underground parking are huge perks as well. The fitness center is well-equipped and right in the lobby. The rooftop pool is quite lovely, and I've enjoyed using it this summer. The maintenance staff has been extremely helpful and fast with all of my requests, regardless of how bizarre. The concierges are very pleasant as well. One was so wonderful as to deliver my lost phone to me. The only minor complaints I have would be that the insulation is rather poor during the winter and the thinness of the walls for the price. You can hear your neighbors in the hallway while taking a shower, and I assume that they can hear you as well.
Leasing staff unresponsive|Recommended: NoThe building and the location are nice, but the leasing staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are completely unresponsive via email and have failed to meet requests over phone as well.
Great place to live|Recommended: YesOverall, we are very happy with The Meridian. It's a good value, quiet and close to the metro.

The apartment is a great place to live.|Recommended: YesLiving at Meridian at Grosvenor Station is a wonderful experience. The building is in walking distance to Metro and easily accessible to Rock Creek Park and Strathmore Music Hall. The surrounding is park-like. The building is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and responsible. I will definitely refer this location.
Love it, very happy here|Recommended: YesLiving at the Meridian is fantastic. I love the close proximity to both 495 and the metro. Also, the range of stores in close proximity to the Meridian is great -- grocery stores, shopping malls, everything seems like it is in the nearby area. The staff at the Meridian is great. Maintenance always responds to my issues promptly, and the pool/lounge/small gym are all a big plus. The only downside to living at Grosvenor (true for any complex in this area) is that you need a car.
