Clean building, too noisy neighbors.|Recommended: NoThe building is very nice and clean. Staff is friendly with a few exceptions at the concierge desk, but overall good. Plenty of parking. The only problem I have is the noise I get from my neighbor upstairs and the constant fights from the next door neighbor.

Delighted to Have Lived Here for Three Years - Quite Hard to Leave|Recommended: YesWe moved here three years ago from a four bedroom house. Having maintained our own property we were delighted with the convenience simplicity and the service we received at Meridian. The property is excellently constructed. It's very well run and great attention is paid to taking care of the property maintenance and cleanliness. Maintenance responded with immediate attention to any request. I would make an email request in the morning and by the time I arrived home from work the task was complete and a note on the door detailing the work. The staff is gracious and provides very personable service. The concierge team work very hard to manage the flow of the building and provide seamless package delivery. The noise barrier between the units is excellent. Not hearing our neighbor's conversations or televisions was our number one criteria in an apartment. Only a handful of times could we hear music base from another unit but the neighbors were very considerate and adjusted the volume if asked. The two instances where we let management know there was an issue with loud music or a regularly barking dog they were responsive and quickly brought about a remedy. The big perks of this building are a lovely fifteenth floor rooftop pool, proximity to the metro and the Strathmore music venue. As well as a view over the green space of Rock Creek Park. Overall excellent and unique experience living here.
Great|Recommended: YesI've been living here for two years. It's a very safe quite modern apartment, super close to the metro station. The maintenance stuff is super super awesome, very efficient and friendly. Office stuff is great too, when they are not overwhelmed with their work. The only complaint I have is this new front desk stuff. They were very good before, but since this new person came, I feel like this person is not quite helpful friendly and I am hesitate to ask for my packages. I would like the front desk stuff be more warm, professional and welcome to the residents, not dropping the attitude towards us after we come back home from a long work day when we simply just want our stuff in the mail.

Beautiful apartment complex in a great location. |Recommended: YesI love living at the Meridian because of its closeness to DC and its modern feel. The only complaint I have is in regard to experiences with staff. The maintenance staff is always very polite and punctual, and the leasing office staff has been helpful- but the front desk staff is not always very friendly. It is to the point where I sometimes feel uncomfortable asking for packages or asking general questions. It is almost as if I am bothering them. I wish there was more of a welcoming feel in the lobby and with the front desk, but overall I am very happy with my experience here thus far.

DONT DO IT IF YOU LIKE HOT WATER|Recommended: YesMoved in. Day one 5 minutes of sort-of hot water. Maintenance increases temp by 10 degrees. Now we have 5 minutes of 10-degree-of-sort-of-hotter water. For 1600 a month you'd think they'd provide a decent water heater. It's a 38-gallon tank Ugh

Meridian at Grosvenor Station is a the best place for renters|Recommended: YesThe staff are incredibly attentive the building facilities are very upscale the building security is top notch the maintenance crew are very efficient and fast and the location only a 3-5 minute walk from door to metro turnstyle is hard to beat. Additionally, the studio apartment floor plan which is the only one with which I'm familiar is very spacious and thoughtful. Not only am I very complacent here but so is my dog. -
Overall great property with an awesome location...one complaint|Recommended: YesWe lived at the Meridian Grosvenor for 3 years and really enjoyed our time there. Our 1 bedroom apartment was nicely laid out and we absolutely loved the location. I metro into DC every day and really enjoyed how close it was to metro, the beltway, and Rockville pike. The maintenance staff and front desk staff were excellent. However, we did have a lot of issues with the leasing staff. They are not that friendly and are poor communicators. On multiple occasions, we were told the wrong thing by the assistant property manager when we went to reserve the loading dock for our move-out a month in advance, we were told by the assistant property manager via email that it was confirmed and when we went to double check the night before, it hadn't even been put into the system . Thankfully, there was only 1 other apt moving so the front desk booked for us. On another occasion, we were told the incorrect date of our lease end date. I've dealt with very efficient leasing offices and this isn't one of them. We would still recommend this apartment complex to a friend but don't have high expectations for the property management team.
